DV Dolce Vita Women's Cassidy

It's a cute shoe, however in wearing them for less than a month, the fabric on the back ripped when I was putting them on. Surprisingly, it didn't even rip on a seam, it was in the middle of the fabric. That to me is bad quality, but the shoe itself is comfortable.

Comfortable for everyday wear- my foot is on the wide side and no breaking in period was needed. My only nit is that the sole material is and looks like plastic, so the heel looks a bit low budget when you look close up. But I am not bothered given the price I paid and the leather quality looks good to me.

Beautiful, cute shoe to wear under bootcut jeans. However, the heel is hard plastic. After having another pair of boots crack straight through after only a month of wearing them last year, I now look for rubber heels. Disappointed that a well known company would make a shoe at this price point with cheap materials.

My Uber-trendy DV Cassidy boots seem to fit true to size: my foot length is approx. 24 cm. My feet tend toward the narrower side with average arch. I bought a 7.5 US size and the boots fit comfortably without having to be broken in. (I have a pair of Frye and Dr. Marten brand boots that both took about a week to break in.) The Cassidy boot has not rubbed my heel or the outside of my foot at all. I can wear a pair of warmer socks without problems with the boot feeling too tight. That said, if you have wider feet you may want to consider sizing up or finding a wide version of these shoes. The suede near the ankle/top of these boots is thinner and flexible which gives the boot a very relaxed feel which I like. The boot feels wonderful to me but has little padding! Those of you who need extra support may want to size up a half a size and buy a liner to make your foot more comfortable. So far my boots have worn well; I 've worn them every day since I bought them! I think the Cassidy boot is a great value for the price and will work for a person who needs a shoe that is softer and more comfortable than boots made with a stiff leather.

These shoes are beautifully designed, however the material is inconsistent (in terms of the color and texture) for each shoe. This matter was extremely disappointing. One of the shoes is faded in color, thus making for an odd pair.Additionally, after only three times of wearing the shoes, part of the leather fabric of one of the shoes slit open, thus leaving a significant hole on the top handle of the boot.I do not recommend these shoes. The quality on this particular style is much inferior to other shoes I've purchased by Dolce Vita.

Ordered 1/2 size up and they were too big. Also too awkward to get on. I returned them.

They are a bit uncomfortable if worn for a long time.

Very nice. Color is great. Had a bit of a hard time getting my right heel in but I think it will stretch over time. No issues with the left - slipped right on. Could just be my feet. Very happy with the purchase
