I went to the company website and saw where they use this in a fogger to clean schools and day care, I don't know how it is has no harsh smells or fumes but can kill practically anything you don't want living in your house (school, day care, etc). I had mildew in my toliet from and I wish I had taken a before and after but basically I used one product sprayed left it and tried to scrub and it wasn't coming off. I assumed we would have to tear out the sheetrock and repair (I had already fixed the source of the problem) but I sprayed this on every inch this was about 3 inches on about 6ft (total) of upper wall. I let it sit a few hours went back with a damp cloth and was amazed that with little force, the mildew just disappeared. I cleaned every inch and you would never know it was there. I know keep this in my kitchen and baths for in-between cleaning as it says it is safe for food areas and it will even kill MRSA? what? If you have a mold/mildew problem or are just OCD like me, get this stuff. I also was so impressed I went to the company website and saw how schools and day-cares are using it in foggers to sanitize and especially in day cares it saves them so much time by not having to use bleach etc. I think it was originally meant for clinical settings, but beings as OCD as I am about germs, it has a permanent place in my home. Couldn't recommend it more. I never write reviews.

Wish I could give this even more stars! It’s the BEST! Worth every penny . I used it on my carpet stairs to scrub doggy poo recently and it blew me away how well it worked and removed the stains so quickly I couldn’t believe it

I spent TWENTY D.OLLARS on my bottle WITH SHIPPING. Don't know why the cost is going up (ten bucks for shipping?), but you may want to price shop. I live in an apartment with bathroom fans that are better sound machines than air movers. Come summer time my bathrooms double as saunas, and my showers turn into terrariums. (If you're eating don't finish this part.) When my husband and I use the showers, the movement of the water on the walls used to cause chunks of mold to detach and float toward the drain. Just gross. I had tried all manner of cleaning agents: eco-safe hippie ones to "probably causing cancer right now" ones. Then, on a tip, I read about hydrogen peroxide's ability to tackle mold and mildew. They weren't kidding. It was a full-scale massacre with no (moldy) survivors. But it also took a LOT of hp. I needed something more efficient, but just as aggressive. I have used Vital Oxide in my bathrooms twice a month and the difference is crazy. There's no weird smell on application, and I'm not worried about any caustic agents eating away my skin when I get in the shower again. There is no (zero) mold on my shower door. There may be a couple of spots in the cracks at the joints of the stall periodically, but one zap with this stuff and they stop growing. My bathrooms smell better. I have since used it in my kitchen drains, and I am continually impressed with how well it works. It has my unreserved endorsement.

I have a cat who likes to spray. She is a female, who has been fixed but has anxiety issues. I typically use nature's miracle, but wanted to see if I could find anything that worked better. What I like about this is that it does seem to remove pet smells in a variety of fabrics, but I think Nature's Miracle works better for urine issues. If you are just looking to get rid of more general pet odors or maybe small pee marks, I think this would work great. But I am constantly cleaning up after her, so I need an enzyme cleaner.

This is a very effective odor neutralizer. It has a very faint smell (almost none), which we sought as neither of us like artificial scents in cleaners due to allergies. We used it to neutralize a soot/smoke smell from our fireplace after we cleaned it, and it did an excellent job. This is a better value than other similar products with the same active ingredient. Highly recommend!

I was amazed by this product today. The description sounded great and the reviews sounded great but that does not always mean that the "home test" will be great. It was in this case and I ordered another 2 bottles this evening. I often use a bleach-based product to rid kitchen counters, etc. of bacteria and so on, but the odor/fumes have been an issue. This product cleans out e-coli, MSRA and more and gave off no fumes no odor in use while cleaning kitchen counters and sink. I then followed directions for use in mopping the tile floors in kitchen, entry-way and bath downstairs and was very pleased with the cleaning ability, the lack of fumes and the lack of residue--it was a nice clean clean. This product has the credentials to be used in hospital kitchens and schools and I think that qualifies it to be a wise choice for use in my home. I look forward to trying it tomorrow in a bathrooom cupboard under the sink that sometimes smells musty.

I have been using vital oxide for I think years now….. definitely since before the whole COVID-19 business. One of my favorite things I love about it is that I can spray it onto fabric such as a bed or shoes or dark colored furniture like my couch. I use it to kill germs everywhere. I love that it does not smell like bleach it does not cause me to gag, and it doesn’t turn my particular items to a different color. I usually just order the largest size that they have and poured into a dollar tree sprayer and just mist lightly all over whatever I need. Another use that I use it for is for my basement when I just wanna spot touch up an area that I think might be affected by the moisture in the air or mildew or whatever just wanna make sure it’s dead. I have no idea its use or purpose on widespread mold or anything like that I never researched it nor had that happen to me so I can’t offer you advice on that.

I rated this as "ok" because it did clean some of the mold/mildew. However, the information online did not discuss the affect (or lack of) that the product would have on brick walls. Admittedly I had my doubts. I followed the instructions and found that as long as the mold was on painted wall it was effective but not for the mortar between the bricks. I'd probably suggest this product to friends, along with the advice that it's not effective on all surfaces.
