Chester’s compendium is brilliant
From a dental aspect this is a great addition to the waiting room. Patients can read it or part of it prior to an appointment. This can then put them into a calm and relaxed state before undergoing any procedures. And even if you are not visiting the dentist this is a great book to have at home. Read it and you can then go out and watch your friends crease up as you recite from it.

Great for the Dentist in your life
My husband is a dentist, who also loves to tell the best/worst Dad jokes. He was telling me that he has begun to reuse some of his go-to jokes on patients, so I got him this book for Christmas. It is filled with your classic dad-joke, corny style jokes which fit perfectly for him.

Obscene and Inappropriate Jokes
I had purchased this as a gift for my dentist, but thank God I decided to look through it first! Not only did the “jokes” get more obscene the further I read, but many of the jokes were familiar ones about other subjects with dentistry awkwardly and often inappropriately inserted in an attempt to tie them to the book’s title. Sadly, it is not a book to give to a professional of any sort.
