I was very nervous about using these given the mixed reviews, so hopefully this helps anyone on the fence about using them. I bought two different colors, the gray and the white. The gray definitely has a slight blue-ish cast, so if that is going to bother you use a different brand. The white is a true bright white without any ivory or yellow. Do not count on this matching your existing grout. You will not be able to just touch up a few areas. Just plan on doing the entire room. As to usage, I was pleasantly surprised by how far these went. I did the entire floor of my large master bathroom plus a little of the shower with one pen. The shower floor has small hex tile with larger grout lines so that took a little over two pens. Some tips: shake very well when first taking out of the package and any time you start working again after a pause. Depress the tip several times on to a paper plate or directly onto the grout line to get the paint flowing. Press very lightly when going over the grout. The tips lasted almost all the way to the end of my project. If the coverage starts to thin, pause and depress the tip a few more times. I would do about a 1x1 foot area, then pass over it lightly with a damp paper towel to get any overage off the tile. It is pretty forgiving and you have quite a bit of working time before it dries completely on the tile. If the tip gets too ragged you can pull it out (I used the damp paper towel) and flip it around. This was not a quick task but it went faster than I thought it would. I was worried the white would look too bright, but it just makes everything look so much cleaner. Very happy with this product!

This made my grout look absolutely white and perfect for months in my entry way! Only gave it 3 stars because the tip didn't hold well and it ran out quickly but will purchase more in the future!

easy to apply. the applier doesn't last so be gentle and it'll last a little longer. as a quick fix it looks great but there's no magic fix. it fades

This stuff is great! Its so easy to use and it does a great job by going over spots and yellowing grout! I highly recommend!

Very good product. You do have to keep shaking the pen but there is plenty of paint in the pen. A great find!!! My shower grout looks the best is has in years.

After seeing all of the pictures and high ratings, I am sad to say that I am disappointed in this product. The coating is inconsistent and the marker tip is not durable. I had to order two more pens despite expecting to only have to use one. I’m sure the finishing product will look fine, especially since I’ll be able to add more layers while touching up, but I doubt it will look as professional as some of the photos attached below. Maybe it’s because I have a smaller and more tedious grout pattern? No clue. Purchase at your own risk. ***In the comparison photo the first image is the after and the second is the before. The after photo is still not fully complete, but you can see the coverage inconsistencies.

Excellent uplift to kitchen tiles. So pleased with the end result. Whitened the grout and made the tiles stand out looking new again. Will be ordering more to complete the bathrooms. The only issue is the pens only complete about 20 meters not 70 as described and you need to rest the pens upside down for the fluid to drain down. But otherwise happy with the product and have bought them again.

It is good for small area, but not enough for larger area, need to buy many pens, but it is expensive
