Reef Women's Ginger Sandals, Brown Brown, 9 M US

I don't normally wear any shoes in the house, but recently began working from home and have fashioned myself a "standing desk." In the past, when I've worked at standing desks, they were in a workplace setting, so I was always wearing supportive shoes. When I stand in place for hours at home, barefoot, I begin to feel it in my feet by the end of the day.I got these flip flops to try and blend the two situations. They work! They're super comfortable, but with the slight amount of support I wanted in order to stand all day without pain.

I tend to get a bad callus on my big toes and I was told this is from putting most of my weight on that area. It was suggested that I not go barefoot, even in the house, but to get some flip flops with arch support. These just came in today and I couldn't be more pleased. They are well made and very true to size. If you don't normally wear arch support they do take a little getting used to, but hey, that means they're doing their job... you hear that feet!Update: Shoes are still great, however, they seem to be coated in something like silicone, probably for transport and storage. Not a problem for most, but I only wear them indoors, and walking back and forth on the kitchen floor has made both my feet and the floor SUPER slippery. I just threw them in the washer and scrubbed the floors. My parents are older and we don't need a broken hip here, so we don't. I hope that works. Update again later after they've air dried. Update 2: They washed and dried fine, whatever slippery coating they had came off in the wash, thank goodness, cause I love these things.

The thong fits 1/2 size smaller than advertised. The sole is very narrow and foot will hang off at the sides. Great for very narrow feet the long stramp is thin, uncomfortable and itchy because of texture. The thong strap is thin. Not much padding.Great for small feet or using as a glorified doorstop.

I am giving 5 stars only because the shoe material is still squishy and soft. I've ordered these several times over the last couple years in black and brown and there is definitely something new (and IMO wrong) about the shoes I received July 2017. The sole has a thin layer of hard rubber, making this shoe clunky and flat instead of flexible. It is also wider than the older version. I can see that weird new bottom in the photos now that I look through them, so I guess the product is as advertised, but now I have to hunt down the old version and buy them all up since I go through 2 prs a year of these and they're the only flip flop that is both narrow and lightweight. This new version is neither narrow nor lightweight. Those may be welcome changes for some women but not for me; I expect the Ginger to be narrow and lightweight.

These sandals are pretty comfortable. I like them. I just wear em with anything throughout these summer days. I wouldn't do everything in these sandals, though. I am afraid the two straps on top are going to rip out of the soles if I do anything too active like chase after my dog. It feels like they are made of the same kind of material your book bag straps are made of. Maybe that's just my paranoia. I am an 8 1/2 and I bought a 9. good fit.

I like these reef sandals but they aren't comfortable in the front, as they are too narrow compared to the other reef sandals I own. They also aren't are too hard in the heel while the other sandals reefs are a lot softer n I don't know why this company makes differnt models which aren't as comfortable as the other ones are

These shoes are very comfortable and softer than my other go to flip flops were. Very happy with them! I normally wear a size 8 1/2 so ordered a 9 and they fit well! (Definitely go up a size if you're a whole number size.)

I've worn these sandals for years and I usually buy a new pair every year or two because I wear them so much that I wear them out. Cute and super comfortable. I can wear these for long walks and never get any blisters. My only complaint is they seem to have changed the tread design on the bottoms and these can be a bit slippery on smooth surfaces - like hardwood stairs. I have definitely almost wiped out a couple times but I'm sure that will improve once I scuff up the bottoms.

Have been looking for another pair of years as have one pair I bought in Portugal seven years ago which are still going strong but needed a spare! These are great - very comfy and I'm glad I went for a size 7 (I'm normally a 6) as it's a perfect fit.

These are well made flip flops which are comfortable and true to size, nice colour, just waiting for better weather!

Uncomfortable. They rub and stick into my feet. Have given to charity shop
