Durable and they do provide relief for metatalsalgia
Bought for my husband who has been suffering from metatalsalgia (hard lump on ball of foot below the 2nd toe). The relief was considerable and has helped his condition to diminish. He wears a pad every day and walks on average 1.5 hours a day on hard pavement. Though the condition has not gone altogether (the lump is still there), the pad have helped the pain go completely. He still have to wear it, and changes pads every so often, but the pads are durable, so you can wear one for weeks. They are thin and do not feel uncomfortable, and pretty easy to put on (the hard part is putting the sock on over if you have tight socks). Once in place, the pad doesn't shift and you will not know you are wearing it. The pad can be worn on either left or right foot, which is also a bonus. Highly recommend.

They are very uncomfortable.
The principle is good but they do not stay in position when you put shoes and stockings on

Poor quality product
The product is of poor quality. It does not remain in place on the foot so well and does not provide any comfort. Also when worn with socks, the threads from the sock adhere to the pad which are then difficult to remove. I was disappointed with the product.

Pain Relief!!!
Every time I go for long walk I get pain through the ball of my foot and through my big toes tendon (when I flex it) and it was putting me off walking. I tried various insoles and while I found a pair that helped address my high foot arch, none of them alleviated my metatarsalgia pain. I bought these without any expectancy of them actually relieving the pain. Well I put them on tonight and carefully put my sock on over each foot (to ensure they didn't move) and thought there's no way these will stay in place for a couple of hours walking. I have a size 9 feet and they fit my feet ok, they can easily be stretched to fit larger sizes. I immediately felt the squishy softness cushion on my metatarsal area when I put weight on my feet (which felt nice), so I headed out with hope for an 8 mile walk. Well I can honestly say these have certainly made a difference. I still get some pain but it's nowhere near what it was without wearing these and I now feel I can walk further and more often. Previously I was left hobbling in pain for days after an 8-10 mile walk but with these I certainly feel I will now be able to walk further and go for daily walks.I didn't have a problem with them moving out of place during my 2 hour walk, but I reckon if you have smaller than a size 8 then they could move out of place during walking. I didn't give them 5 stars as they're not perfect, but they do help and I will be ordering more.

Very soft and flexible
I have quite broad feet and although these are very stretchy and pliable I find one does roll back in wear. May only be one in the whole pack but I don’t know. Washable so can be kept fresh, so far all good.
