What do I do if I have locked it and can’t remember the combination?

Use a bright light and as you are spinning each dial, look just above the dial, into the lock at the shaft and you'll either see a rounded portion or a flat spot. look at them several times, with BRIGHT light, and you'll eventually see what I'm talking about. You can also use a thin knife blade to feel the flat spots. Be patient, you'll find them. When you see the flat, dial five (5) clicks around (basically half way around...there are 10 numbers: 0-9 so if your flat is at 0 dial 5; 1 dial 6; 2 dial 7; 3 dial 8; 4 dial 9; 5 dial 0; 6 dial 1; 7 dial 2; 8 dial 3; 9 dial 4.
