Showerwise Filters Replacement Cartridge for Showerwise Deluxe Shower Filtration System

I actually bought a showerwise filter/housing and head at a thrift shop I was in originally because we are on a well had have sulfur it worked very well and got rid of most of the rotten egg smell which we were surprised. Then came time to replace the used filter. I ordered this up with out much research, but unfortunately showerwise changed their filter and housing so the older style house DO NOT fit the new filters. So I ended up having to order the whole new filter/housing and head. We were disappointed, but it does work better than anything else we had tried so had to have it.

I wish they were less expensive... The hard water in Texas is real strong I don't notice much of a change.. When I went to change my Cartridge there really wasn't anything in the old one when I broke it open so I am concerned that I have a shower wise head and the cartridge is may not be really doing anything... I think they should not be this expensive at least the refills should not be

Perhaps I got a faulty replacement filter since I have been using the water wise shower system for years without issue. However, this filter was a disaster. I installed as directed like always, and when I turned on the shower all of the filter media went shooting into the shower head clogging it. What a nightmare to clean it all out too! My shower head may never be the same. All of the fine particulate got stuck in the shower head nozzle, all the water holes as well as the low water filter. A mess!

I have used these filters for years and they are the best I can find. They work great and do not impede the water pressure of the shower.
