No it does not. No fragrance and no icky smell later. This is the BEST. No longer need to get professional make up done -- this is it in a can by Dior!!!

Is it good for dry skin?

My skin's not dry- so am not positive. I spray a light mist from the can to a makeup brush. It feels like a fine film of makeup on skin. Skin feels softer & silky. Best makeup I've ever tried. Lasts months. I use Olay regenerist first as a moisturizer.
