Does this comes with a harness?

No, Just the connection that plugs into where the existing light bulb is plugged in, essentially you take out the bulb and plug this into it's place.

This does not fit a 2013 ford f150

Fits my 2013 Ford F150 perfectly.

My original plug and Dom is gone will these wire direct

You'll need plug wires in like regular t10 bulb, unless u splice wire.

Is there a warranty on these ?

I’m not sure to be honest. But I can tell you they fit my Ford truck perfectly and have been working without issue for several months.
