Would you recommend this product for two children of different sizes? 1 and 2 year old.

Yes, my daughter has used it starting at 6 months. She is still using it and is close to 2 yrs old now.

What is the size of the product carton? I want to know because my bag is small.

The box is pretty big but if you take it out you can fold it pretty small

Does an adult need to be hanging onto it to keep ot from tipping?

Not really. It doesn’t “tip” easily but the holes are big enough for kids to slide right through so I would definitely say it needs close supervision.
