White Mountain Puzzles Television History - 1000 Piece Jigsaw Puzzle

White Mountain has become my go-to puzzle maker. The pieces are cut to perfection and the shapes are unique enough that there's never any question about whether a piece is in the right spot or not. The 'TELEVISION' design was a lot of fun to work because it spurred a lot of fun conversations about the TV shows and actors we used to watch. The detail of the faces made this a relatively easy puzzle to put together. Anytime we got stuck, it was easy to try to recognize the actor's face then look for him/her on the box. The four of us had it done in an afternoon, but this is one I'm certain we'll pull out to work again. Previous White Mountain puzzles I've purchased have included a really ingenious stand to hold the lid of the box up so everyone can see the design. I wish this one included that same feature, but it didn't... probably because it's an older puzzle. Regardless, the holder we received in the Candy Bar White Mountain Puzzles Candy Wrappers - 1000 Piece Jigsaw Puzzle puzzle works fine on this one. Oddly -- and I've never seen this before with anything I've purchased on Amazon -- the puzzle, while still plastic wrapped, had a Goodwill price tag on it! (I purchased this from one of the multitude of vendors in the marketplace, but was fulfilled by Amazon.) I keep several other White Mountain puzzles in the 'save for later' section of my shopping cart; they'll be my go-to gift option at this price point and quality.

What a great puzzle! The pieces are so sturdy that there is none of the bending that can occur when pulling pieces apart with typical materials. The puzzle is more expensive, but I think it is well worth the cost. Lots of fun putting it together. And it was quite challenging as well.

As a fan of TV and pop culture, I loved putting together this puzzle. It was fun to try and identify the people and shows depicted, although difficult given that many of these shows were before my time. This would make a perfect gift for anyone who loves puzzles and pre-2000 television/pop culture. The only complaint I have about this puzzle is that some of the pieces started to peal from the corners, so I had to glue them back together. That didn't detract from how much I love this puzzle, though, and I look forward to putting it together again!

This puzzle was fun - so many fun TV memories. It was also challenging to put together. The perfect kind of puzzle.

The puzzle is relatively good quality and is a fun concept to put together...the faces aren't aren't well detailed and can be hard to tell who it is...we bought for my Dad who's a old movie and TV expert and he was having a hard time figuring out who was who. It looks great when completed though!

If you love TV Nostalgia than you should definitely get this!

White Mountain puzzles are fun, not too hard, and our family really likes the pop culture themes – you will recognize the many pictures and have a memory (mostly good) of each one of the shows we used to watch. Our family worked on this one over a couple of weekends, and it looks good hanging on the wall. We certainly received more than the purchase price in entertainment value.

This will be the first puzzle my sweetie and I do together!

This puzzle is different in that it is a great collection of many individual images. If you do puzzles from the outside in, from the large to the detail, SORRY, you would have to change your approach. Every square inch of it is its own puzzle. Very different ,, difficult enough, a great challenge. Quality of pieces and fit is better than average but not the very best I have seen out of Italy. Time well wasted.

Excellent White Mountain puzzle. Most of their puzzles are to do with the The USA. This puzzle , it's very difficult a lot of Faces And to complicate things The pieces are all mis-shaped A challenge for any puzzle enthusiast.

Big picture size in the end. Quality is 4/5 - paper on the rear side is not pressed well enough.

So enjoyable to do and such good quality
