I purchased these for going on a trip and could not bring my yoga mat. They allowed me to use on a tile floor for yoga stretches. They are also great with my yoga mat at home. My hands sometimes "slip" when in downdog (I have a few mats and all do it). So if you can't find a mat that is "grippy enough" these gloves and socks are THE answer. Also, being winter/cold spring here, my toes are quite cold when starting yoga routine, and these socks help with that as well. Great product! ( have larger hands for a woman, and size 10.5 feet and both fit fine, a little tight, but not uncomfortable).

These are so soft and work great they fit almost perfectly and stretch, the only thing is that the part in between your toes are a little tight and make sure to wash a couple times SEPARATE from other clothes because the dye will come off it was all over my hand and forearm from the water from outside my water bottle and it was still on even after showering and scrubbing the area with a body brush but over great product will probably get another pair

These do help with grabbing on, especially when your body says it does not bend that ways. Helps keep your feet planted on the mat. Just feels like cheap material that is quickly going to be ruined and unusable.

These are very comfortable, and 'sticky' to prevent slipping while I exercise. I purchased the 'toeless' socks, which felt a little strange at first but are now my favorites for morning stretches. I have mild neuropathy in my toes, and being able to touch and see them helps. They are well-made, and have kept their shape through a few wears and a washing.

Love the yoga socks and the gloves, they have good grip, and I’m very happy with them.

I am enjoying using then in my yoga class. They provide support and grip. Easy to wash and dry an back in good shape!
