We received the PC with 4gb ram instead of 12gb ram as per it says in the description.Also, when package came, the mouse was broken too.

Edit: 9 months later dead as a doorknob....motherboard died.I needed a basic computer for my kids to use for school work. Basically just for typing, Excel and PowerPoint and for researching on the internet. This computer is perfect for all of that at a great price. Better than a chromebook or netbook at a similar price point. Mine didn't come with a wifi adapter like it said it would but I just used an Ethernet cable. NBD. It has a ton of memory and a decent processor. I haven't noticed any huge problems even being a refurbished computer.

I received the tower and opened up it upon arrival. You could tell someone had spray painted over the sides to cover any scratches but figured no big deal if it works. The sticker said it was 3.2ghz. I opened it up and plugged in it immediately. Upon turning it on the fan was EXTREMELY loud, louder than servers are. Then I unhooked the monitor from my desktop at work and plugged it into the tower would not display at all. That was enough for me to decide to return it.

so far it is working just fine.

Horribly pieced together PC! Takes forever to boot up, doesn't connect to wifi and does NOT play DVD's. Big paper weight.
