When concentrated, it's the saltiest thing I've ever eaten and I once ate a spoonful of salt.
This stuff really adds to the flavour of a gravy and takes it to the next level. I also adding it as a coating to a roast chicken, it gives the chicken a great colour, adds a fantastic smell and makes it taste like chicken should taste, something that seems to have been lost over the last several yearsIn it's concentrated form, it's very salty but if you add a little to a pan of gravy, it's going to add much more depth of flavour to it.It's expensive but it lasts a good while and I wouldn't hesitate to buy again.

Will ruin your fod
Says delicate on the label but is strong and nasty tasting. Closest I can compare it to is Worcestershire sauce. An expensive way to ruin your food.

Quality stock
High-quality chicken glaze, lasts forever in the fridge, great tasting, super concentrated. Dump your stock cubes and use this instead.

Not as good as usual
I have been buying this for years. But this time is runnier and tastes less intense. The product was sealed properly but has this reseller adulterated it? Will buy from my old source and see.

Amazing intense flavour
This is the most intense chicken stock base I've ever tasted. Really good flavour without too much salt, it's almost like chicken Marmite! A spoonful stirred into a pot of soup or broth makes a huge boost to the flavour without any "artificial" taste. Also it lasts for a year in the fridge even once opened, not that it's going to hang around that long, I reckon this tub will last me 3-4 months (I'm a home cook with a family).

Closest to homemade I've found
Its not as good as proper homemade but its definitely the closest I've found to it.Its very easy to use in different amounts and I found myself using it quite frequently. Defrosting a pint of homemade is not always practical or you don't want to waste your nice homemade stock on a quick mid-week meal.Chilli or ragu a little flat, add a small spoonful.Pork chops or chicken looking a little boring? Mix this with a little hot water, deglaze the pan with it and add a splash of cream. Season then boom, lazy pan sauce!Its got a great shelf-life too.

Best chicken stock
This is not cheap but it’s the best chicken stock I have tried. Lovely natural flavour. I make stock, soup and gravy and often add a teaspoon to dished for that extra flavour boost. Keeps well in the fridge. Highly recommended
