Only get 4 out of 5 stars because the elastic band was not in the right line with the bow being on back of head-I used it in Mexico and on the beach I needed the use the elastic band as it was windy. The elastic band is behind my hair in this pic, so you can see how bow was to the side not in the pack. Other than that I love this hat and received many compliments on it. It truly is packable, stay nice in my suitcase and could stick it in the beach bag. It covered nicely and looked good with all my bathing suits. It covered face, chest, and shoulders from sun which is exactly what I needed. The material for hat and bow are very durable.

I got this in a hurry for a photo shoot and didn't expect much of it, but I was pleasantly surprised! It has a strong and flexible wire in the brim to allow for shaping. It is VERY easy to manipulate into any style you want. I had it with the brim up, down, sideways, and flat. It easily returns to whatever shape you want. It's a little big for my tiny head, but since I will usually wear it with a wig, it doesn't really bother me. And when I don't have a wig on, I use the elastic band to keep it on my head. The wind was whipping pretty bad at some points during the shoot, but that little elastic was a charm for keeping the hat perfectly in place!It's made from 100% paper and to remove the folds inescapably created from shipping I just wet it with a damp cloth and then used my heat gun on it. I imagine a steamer would work just as well.I adore this hat and I am so glad I got it!

I get that this product might not be for everyone depending on the look that they're going for. But to me the ability to fold up and pack a hat like this for a trip is ideal. If you're looking for a hat that's going to look pristine and pressed this might not be the one for you. The Hat fold up and can easily fit into a suitcase, carry on bag, or beach bag. I took this hat on a trip to Mexico and it worked perfectly for fitting in my bag but also I found was ideal for lounging by the pool or being able to wear it on a slightly windy day. With some effort you can manipulate the shape of the Hat to be a smooth as desired I'm sure that if it's left open for a certain amount of time it probably would improve its shape slightly more. It holds its shape as you Flex it pretty much anywhere on the Hat. I found this very helpful when I was laying on a beach chair and wanted to lean back I could fold the hat to go behind my head but then also full the front forward if I wanted to shade my eyes from the Sun. Also there's an elastic strap that's attached to the Hat. I would have preferred it or not white in color as my hat was black... But despite it slightly dorky appearance I can easily conceal it with my hair. If I did not have the strap on the hat at certain times during my trip I certainly would have lost my hat in the wind. And personally I kind of liked its slightly rough appearance instead of a perfectly smooth texture... But that's just me either way I find that hat like this is definitely a handy one to have in your collection.

My daughter wore this on our trip to Bimini and got a a ton of compliments. She looked really cute in it and she said it kept the sun out of her eyes and face. She was not gentle on it at all, & it flew off of her a few times when we were biking and she didn't use the chin strap. Additionally she shoved it into her suitcase for travel but it has really lasted and kept it's shape and style. I wasn't sure it was going to be of good quality or last very long, but so far it's be great!

I ordered white. It is a straw color at best. Saying "off white" would even be generous. So disappointed in that.I have it pictured here against my white swimsuit cover up so the contrast can be seen. Also came with lots of creases, really hoping they come out! Overall, I will use this hat if I dont find something better before my trip but Im pretty sad about it.

This hat was everything I wanted for my staycation on a lake over the summer. I got burned the day before and this hat provided perfect refuge for my painful shoulders. The rim is very big but it looks classy and the bow just makes it that much better. The only thing is that it came folded and had a strong wrinkle line going through it, I tried to iron it but it did not work. I laid it out flat for a couple of days and it seem to sort of help but it was still there. It was also a bit big for my head, I had a ponytail and it fit very comfortably over that and a bit loose over hair down. It also has a rubber band that can go around your chin for support. I only used that when on the boat going at speeds so to not loose the hat. Otherwise it’s pretty useless and big. All in all, definitely recommend!

I'm so disappointed because this hat is extremely cute and I got compliments on he beach.. but the tie string to keep it on your head is so bad. It's a very tiny piece of string that's literally smaller and weaker than my shoe string and the first time low winds hit, not only did my hat fly off my head, the string completely broke. Disappointing because I loved the hat.

Purtroppo però le grandi dimensioni (guarda foto) comportano un peso abbastanza sostenuto.La tesa, molto morbida, presenta una bellissima scritta "Hello sunshine". Quest'ultima è cucita il che mi fa sperare che duri nel tempo senza rovinarsi o scolorirsi al sole come farebbe invece una scritta stampata.La cupola, robusta, è circondata alla base da una fascia nera elegante ma non rimovibile. Sulla porzione interna è presente una fascia in stoffa per il sudore la quale presenta anche due lacci per poter stringere (di poco) il cappello qualora sia troppo grande (la circonferenza misura 56 cm circa).Purtroppo il cappello viene consegnato in un pacco troppo piccolo e per farlo entrare viene piegato in tre. Questo causa la permanenza strani "vizi" di forma una volta aperto, il venditore consiglia di usare il ferro per rimodellarlo.4/5 a causa della mancanza di taglie più grandi e per il peso un po' eccessivo.Spero di esserti stato utile nella tua scelta

Great big sun hat. Loved the fact that it can be made smaller, as I have a small head circumference. It was folded for delivery which did leave crease marks in both the rim and crown, however after using the steam iron and a towel to protect the hat they came out and it now looks perfect.

Very small fit for ladies head . My wife's head is really small and still wouldn't fit to great in the hat ... quality wasn't the greatest either

I dont like tight hats as they flatten your hair and make you sweat. This is lovely and cool and I really appreciate the chin strap. Classy!
