If you are looking for a great starter board for a young girl, this one should definitely be on your list. My daughter just took up skateboarding and loves this board. It functions as good as it looks! The price is comparable to those cheap ones you see at the box stores, but this skateboard has better components by far (great trucks, and good wheels, and a great deck.). For a beginner (and even intermediate skater) you want to have soft flexible trucks (The square component the wheels attach to) that will allow the rider to make easier turns. The ones in the box store are typically very hard making the ride uncomfortable and hard to maneuver. Even if you don't buy this one, do your skater a favor and do not buy a store bought prefab toy. Buy them the real deal, they will enjoy it more and be more apt to stay with it.

Well, I don't really have any complaints about the skateboard, but I do have a lot of things i like about it. First of all, the deck is very sturdy; you can tell it's not just another cheap board. Second, I love the design on the underside. My first time seeing the design I said "This is the one." I also like the stickers that came in the box. I've already put one on my laptop. I think this skateboard is perfect for beginner, intermediate, and pro skaters.

I bought this w\for my 6 year old daughter's first skateboard. My thoughts were that at the price of this complete board it would be heavy with terrible bearings that would stick. Both of which wouldn't be an issue for a child learning to ride. I was totally surprised at the great quality of the trucks, wheels, and bearings. With one kick she was off rolling without abruptly coming to a stop. It was also just the right weight for her to be all over the board for footing with toppling off one end or the other. This is a great skateboard for the price. She spent Christmas morning tearing up the driveway.

This skateboard looks GREAT sitting in the corner of my daughter's room collecting dust. I'd tell you how it performs, but after about 7 minutes of use, it's never moved again. This is one of those gifts that my girl "HAD TO HAVE". It's a nice looking board and seems pretty smooth. If my fat "butt" rode it, I'd either break the board or myself...

My niece absolutely loves this skateboard! I gave it to her for her 6th birthday and even though it seems big for such a small girl it's a perfect fit. The quality of the skateboard is really good and she'll be able to keep it for a long time. She's been riding it for the last few months and it really helped her learn about balance, how to move her body for turns, eye/leg coordination etc. For me safety/quality was a high priority and this skateboard seems to deliver all its promises. The online pics don't do it justice: the colors really pop and the design is very intricate.

I purchased this for my 13 year old sister. I personally cannot ride it as it rides so smooth and I am terrified I would fall off. My sister on the other hand loves it but she has fallen off plenty of times. It takes practice and balance lol. It is light-weight, and the image on the bottom is beautiful as well. I would not call this board an actual beginner board because it rides similar to those high end boards that skaters ride on. A beginner board in my opinion is heavier and the wheels are thicker to prevent you from falling off and breaking your head lol. The shipping was fast as well and I recommend it!

Made in China. The board quality was as expected for this price range. The wood of the deck is ok, but just a nodge above a $30 Wal Mart board, and even arrived covered in a sheet of thin plastic, like the ones at Toys R Us. The rails, (edges of the board) were sanded down quickly, in a very crude way. The graphics are just a full length sticker. The wheels are very soft. Soft = slow. Slow even for a beginner. The trucks are high quality and well made, but the bushings inside are not. They 'lock' in either direction and force the board and rider to turn whatever way they are pointed. Even with wrench adjustment (not included). This board may look just like a 'PRO' board, for 1/2 the price of a real skateboard shop, but it's not. My 12 year old niece just started skating a few weeks ago, and could tell the difference between this, and my pro board that I loaned her, in just a fun runs. It may still be a good board for a beginner, their very first board to learn on. But will soon be ready for something faster. Also a word about Amazon's shipping. It arrive quickly, but came in a HUGE, oversized box, with only minimal shipping paper to protect it. The board was flapping around in the crushed box, and I expected the worse. But thankfully, the item was undamaged. This is a $50 board for a new skater, worth the money, but not 'PRO' quality.

Muye buena calidad a un precio muy barato, la patineta esta excelente si eres un principiante ya que resiste bastantes golpes y aparte de que desliza muy bien. Por otra parte el producto llego super rapido y en excelentes condiciones

Smooth riding bearings. Good graphics with well performing trucks. Easy to use and do tricks. My daughter is very happy with this item.

Ame está tabla, de muy buena calidad, el único detalle son las ruedas que son malas, pero de ahí en fuera excelente

I bought this board to learn to skate as an adult and it seems to roll nicely. Initially the board did tent to veer to the right so I did have to I did have to loosen the nuts on the trucks and center the bushings to make it roll straight (Super easy for anyone to do with a wrench and a little bit of trial and error). The art on the board is basically a giant sticker, so that was a bit disappointing, but you get what you pay for. All in all this is a great low-cost board that isn't total crap.

it looks great, comes already built, great wheels on the board, i bought it for my girlfriend for her birthday and she was so happy when she saw it.
