This liquorice has been made for a long time ever since my grandfather used to try and hide it in the closet from my brother and me over 50 years ago. I ordered two tins and sent one to my brother for Christmas to bring back old memories.The delivery from Amazon was quick, well packaged and tasted just like it did all those many years ago. My wife got a craving for Allsorts so I went online after not finding any at the grocery store. I ordered Bassetts and another brand (which shall remain nameless). The other brand arrived first and we enjoyed it very much. But when the Bassetts arrived we were absolutely blown away by the quality and taste. If you haven't tried Bassetts you have no idea how good this candy can be.

I always buy a little licorice for Christmas holidays - usually that Australian candy. This year, I could not locate my usual brand, and I ordered this Bassetts Tin. It contained more licorice than I usually buy, but no problem! It was so good and fresh, everyone who tried it came back for more!

I did not realize that these are shipped directly from London, which explains why they take a bit longer to arrive and are more expensive than one would expect. I was a little disappointed that there was no tin. But what did arrive was two packages of Allsorts, 540 g each, so a little over 2 lbs of Allsorts. More than advertised, so I am happy. They are fresh enough for me and am savoring each piece. I recommend this for anyone who loves Allsorts and has trouble finding them in stores.

An all-time family favorite that is delicious (and addictive!) After the Liquorice is finished, the tin can be used for storing items such as pens, paper clips, etc. A double deal for the price!

Have had this treat since a little kid and these were best ever. Arrived sooner than estimated packaged perfectly.the tin is extra bonus. Only problem is that I ate one bag in one sitting didn't intend to but tasted that good. Highly favorable dependable seller. Will be back soon
