What are the best replacement blades for the Parker SR1?

I'm currently using the Derby half blades, 100 per pack, about $8 per pack. I only use a blade once, because my facial hair is very thick, and I find the Derby blades to be the most comfortable for me. Less nicks, less razor burn, and sharp enough to chop through the forest that I call my face.

Is this a good beginner blade for just detailing a goatee?

It can be, if you can make peace with the low quality manufacturing/assembly. Mine holds a blade steady, and will cut and detail just fine, but it isn't going to win any awards for craftsmanship.

I never used them before. Are they dangerous? I cannot imagine if I cut myself with them...I tend to shave fast.

As with any single blade razor there is a very real possibility of cutting yourself if you try to shave too fast or if you get careless. Wet shaving with a shavette/straight/safety razor requires the user to slow down and pay close attention to the angle of the blade, pressure applied, and tightness of the skin being shaved. If you're in a hurry this may not be the razor for you.

can i wash it by water ?

You can. It's "stain-less" steel which means it's resistant to rust. I wash mine off after shaving, being careful not to get too much water in the pin (the pivot point) and then dry the entire thing off. I use a folded piece of TP to dry in between the scales (handle)
