Vitamin B1 (Thiamine) 100mg, 120 Capsules, Gluten Free

I take them daily and i will know how good they are in nov.

I haven't taken these long but I think they may be doing me some good. Maybe I will update in a few weeks.

Vitamin B1 wasn't a supplement I paid much attention to for a long time. The more I learned about it, though, the more I realized it made sense for me to keep it in my daily lineup. I eat a pretty high-carb diet, and one of the reasons I take B1 is because it's involved in helping your body turn those carbohydrates into usable energy. That's something I feel is worth staying on top of as part of my overall routine. The capsules are small, easy to swallow, and don't have a weird smell or leave an aftertaste. So there's really no excuse for me to skip it. I also like that the bottle has 120 capsules, so I'm not constantly reordering. Nutricost has been a brand I've had good luck with, and I appreciate that this is a straightforward formula without a bunch of unnecessary ingredients.

これはチアミン硝酸塩で、一般的なチアミン塩酸塩と比較して、ゆっくり穏やかに長く効く感じです。注意点は午前中に服用する必要があること。

二日酔いに良いと聞いて購入しました。カプセルなので飲みやすく、続ける負担は少ないです。何度か飲んでいますが、今のところ二日酔いへの効果がはっきり分かるほどではありませんでした。120カプセル入っているので、もう少し続けながら様子を見たいと思います。
