Works Great But Doesn't Last
Am elderly with limited arm strength, so really appreciated this appliance for fresh juice.. Worked great for 6 months, using about every two weeks,, then, when juicing 8 small grapefruits, on number 7 heard a grinding sound and it stopped working. Because this juicer has a self-reversing feature, suspect that gears broke. One year warranty but you need to pay for return shipping. Cheaper to buy a new one.

Piece of junk
Juicer quit working after fifteen minutes. Let it set for an hour thinking maybe it just overheated but still not working. It went from new out of the box into the trash within an hour.
