From a book titled "Injection manual" many practical tip and valuable insights are expected, this book awfully lacks on both fronts. Most of the BoNT related information are "cut-paste" from the pharmaceutical supplied drug inserts. There are no picture guides towards injection sites (except for migraine). The techniques for identifying culprit muscles for complex problems like Writer's cramps/ cervical dystonias/ spastic hands are conspicuous by there absence.Those who are looking for insightful texts should ignore this book, lest they would also repent there decision.
