Do you use one packet each time you descale?

You have to use one of the sachets. So you may descale twice with one packet.

Can this be used on a wolf coffeee machine? The one I get for subzero looks nearly identical to this with the exception of label names on the package.

Because you will not know when descaling is necessary, you need to keep this product on-hand for adhoc cleaning. It works well as long as you follow the product instructions.
