Even though I will use it for a backdrop for my birthday partee I plan to sew leggind later on. this is great fabric .

Only one complaint
This fabric has great texture, I've used some and it's easy to sew with. My only complaint is the picture is very misleading. The color of the fabric is really much darker than the picture portrays. I was really disappointed when opening it up, because it doesn't have a neon/pastel hue I was expecting. Other wise the fabric works great.

Color is beautiful!!
Color is beautiful!!! Wish it wasn't so thin, but I guess I can always back it with batting. Still looking for some thick velvet in turquoise.

Color is disappointing
Color of material is much darker than that pictured. Looks more like a dark sapphire than turquoise. Otherwise, no problem with material.

It is not velvet, it is velveteen. Not the same, at all. They need to change the name. Not suitable for my project.
