DataSafe RFID Security "Rio" High-gloss Zippered Wallet

I have had this wallet for over 2 years I have liked the wallet except for the glue residue in the card sleeves. I have had to clean the cards with googone occasionally.

It's a nice passport wallet unfortunately, I found it to be quite big. I was planning on using it as an everyday wallet and also as a passport wallet for when I need to travel, but I don't travel enough or have that many cards to carry when I'm not traveling. In theory, it would have killed two birds with one stone, but it's just not practical for me. You might have a little difficulty putting cards in too, it's a little bit stiff on the inside. Also had a little trouble opening the zipper compartment on the inside. There was this really strong, unpleasant, chemical smell which I did not like. Definitely overpriced and overhyped.I thought about getting the smaller zippered wallet, but I don't like the weird ID flap it has inside and that it does not have a zippered coin slot. But, I think I'm better off just getting a leather zip wallet and buying those RFID sleeves.

I have owned a Data Safe wallet for about Five years. Outside cracking but it holds all my information, including passport and still is so compact. Gave one to my sister for her birthday. She was so excited about it, decided her girls need one.

I've had this wallet for about a year. It has more than enough compartments and pockets for all the cards, money, passports, receipts, etc... It's also very durable. The zipper is very thick, so it doesn't always work very smoothly. I have to wrestle with it around the corners sometimes, and that's annoying when I'm in a hurry (which is most of the time when I'm traveling). Most importantly, I wish I hadn't bought it in pink. It was perfect at first, but over time, it REALLY shows wear. The glossy material is easily "rubbed", and the dark fabrics of some of my purses have made this wallet look horrible. Also, it "sticks" to counters/tables, or any smooth surface because of the glossy finish. I wish it was smoother, and easier to get things in and out of it in a hurry. Overall, good value for the function and intended purpose, but the styling could be better for everyday use.

THIS WALLET WAS SO CHEAPLY DESIGNED I RETURNED IT IMMEDIATELY. FOR $60 I EXPECTED A HALF DECENT WALLET. THIS ONE LOOKED LIKE CHEAP PLASTIC!

Ordered this item and it arrived 07-23-2013. There were a lot of comments about these wallets having sticky glue on the inside upon opening after arrival. This happened to me too. Order two of them and one was full of residual glue and the other did not have it. Send the one with sticky glue back and kept the other. The design of the wallet is good. Credit cards and licenses fit very well and sewing quality appears better than average. Mine was not the leather version, so the verdict is still out on how long this wallet will last. Perhaps will post an update later.

Not only do you have security protection you have organization! Got this wallet before a big trip and have all my really important stuff like credit and bank cards, insurance cards, etc. in one spot. Lots of different pockets w/area for loose change and the really LOUD ORANGE screams here I am! Can't miss this wallet in a deep handbag.

I bought this wallet in gray- it looks as expected; high-gloss patent finish and shiny gold zipper. It is very durable and it holds a lot of cards.I've used it for two years; however, I have encountered the following issues.1. Inside zipper cover (a piece of fabric) for the change pocket is too long. I had to trim it so it won't get stuck when I try to close up the outer zipper.2. The zipper tab for the outer zipper broke within a few weeks. I used a keychain charm as a replacement.3. The patent skin sticks to paper easily and it will absorb the ink/print. Mine is imprinted with various dates and numbers from random receipts that I threw in my purse and just happened to stick to the wallet. You may not have the problem with a black one.Other than the aforementioned issues, I'm happy with the purchase.
