Magnesium has worked for me
I love this lotion! I feel 100 % better than I have felt in a year. I am on oxygen at home, I have pulmonary hypertension, my heart in enlarged, I have irregular heart beats and lower extremity edema with generalized aches and pains.I have been on O2 therapy for 3 years, this year I have been steadily going down hill, no energy, weakness more aches and pains, more irregular heart beats, sleeping and developing restless legs. Frustrated and irritated and pissed off at everything.Dr.'s and PA's just kept wanting to throw meds at me, more beta blockers, mood pills, pain pills ect ect... I did not want to take them, I did not trust them. So I started thinking, reviewed all my medical records and thought about what my grandmothers did to feel better.Those elders used Epson salt, I was given magnesium in the hospital, lab work said I was low on magnesium (although I read blood work may not identify magnesium levels correctly). Researching magnesium drew my conclusion that it could hurt to try.This is the only magnesium supplement I have tried, and it has worked. I am hoping to find a cheaper way to supplement but for now, I will reorder this product.

Magnesium Peppermint Lotion Works Great
I found this lotion to be extremely helpful in reducing pain from my arthritis in my knee, shoulder and thumb. Works better than taking NSAIDS which damage my liver.

I kind of liked the product. I have a right leg IT band that has been giving me problems. I used the product several times; maybe my expectations were too high.
