For the Medium that I returned, they made me pay $16 in postage, when it was their sizing that is WAY OFF!. I wear a Small, even the Large was too tight in the arms!

I bought this for my granddaughter for Christmas. I originally purchased a medium but it was a little too tight for her liking. I returned the medium and purchased a Large and she loves its. She always is cold and this is perfect for her at school. She even wears it to work and to sleep to stay extra warm. she would highly recommend it.

I liked the sweatshirt and how fast the battery pack charges. It was super comfortable and I would recommend this brand. However I am a little upset because I ordered a Women's Medium and I got a Men's Medium so it doesn't fit my wife. I was hoping to have the sweatshirt for our trip this December but since I got the wrong one I have returned it.

Bought a hoodie from gobi and after 1 year and 4 months of limited use the on off button would no longer function making it useless. Of course the warranty is only for a year and the company will do absolutely nothing for you. Do not buy their products.

This jacket is so cozy and warm!! I love the ability to adjust the heat settings depending on how much I need. I use it at work in my cold office and it’s AMAZING!!

It's not a free range of motion, soft sweatshirt. It's restricting through the shoulder blades.
