My new favorite sauce
I was eager to try banana pepper sauce because I like banana peppers and I thought it was a novel idea. I ordered two bottles and was eager to try, but slightly concerned that it wouldn't be a substitute for traditional hot sauces. Well I can now say I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. I first used it as a hot sauce on a quesadilla and it was incredible. Not too hot, but absolutely hot enough to give a strong kick. The surprise for me is that it is an incredible sauce to use in dishes where you wouldn't necessarily use hot sauce. It substitutes for ketchup or mustard too. I had a barbecue and had dozens of lefttover burgers and hotdogs that I got to eat for the following week of gluttony. While I didn't plan to, I ended up using the banana pepper sauce exclusively. No ketchup, no nothin'. While it's incredible on both, the hot dogs were insane.

Full Flavoured unlike most hot sauces
Most hot sauces I have ever tasted contain WAY too much vinegar which adds an unwelcome sour tang to whatever food it is used on. The worst being Tabasco that tastes like a little chili powder was added to a bottle of vinegar. Yuck!Ben & Pat’s Hot Banana Pepper Sauce is much the opposite. It has a rich and distinct flavour untainted by the overwhelming taste of vinegar. I used it on sautéed shrimp which with some millet and sautéed mixed greens with garlic and cranberries, makes a simple but excellent and nutritious meal. The only drawback is that the bottle is quite hard to squeeze.,And no! I doubt it will become a thing in restaurants as one reviewer thought simply because the ubiquitous Sriracha is cheap and few places seem to be at all original or creative. The usual case of 'monkey see, monkey do'. Hmmm! wonder if I could sneak in my own hot sauce in a little container :)I sent a bottle to my daughter who called yesterday to say she puts it on everything, :)

Best Sauce you didn't know you needed.
I love banana peppers and now I love banana pepper sauce. This hot sauce is the most versatile condiment I have found...its so good. I use it as a marinade and its perfect on chicken, eggs, fish, burritos tacos and even pizza. Its got some heat to it but its low-sugar. For grilling its just perfect!

it's good sauce, but not priority
I have a collection of hot sauces, and I enjoy this sauce on some pizza... but I have a few sauces I like ahead of this one.

Absolutely replace your hot sauce with this
Finally, a product to replace Cholula's watery hot sauce and ketchup-textured sriracha. No joke, this product can go on, and improve, all the foods you would normally use basic hot sauces on; eggs, burgers, nachos (list goes on...).I have tried this on everything (except ice cream) and it is fantastic. It has a smooth texture, spicy (not overwhelming) flavor that delivers a genuine banana pepper sauce taste and the right amount of spicy-kick to improve almost any dish. It has truly replaced all others on the shelf as the #1, go-to condiment and I do not see that changing anytime soon.

I get strangely hungry when using my nail gun.
Banana pepper relish is super stuff, but hard to find. This is a sauce, something that I thought would work. It does taste good, but is more like mustard. Use it as such and you will like it.The bad part is that it was shipped from Amazon in a bag with a small box of nails and then somebody put an anvil on top which squished the plastic bottle and that blew off the cap which filled the bag and the box of nails with banana pepper sauce. I salvaged about half the bottle and found it very good. The nails are also very aromatic. This is worth a solid four stars as the product, not the shipping problem, is what is being rated here.

Genius in a bottle. Best all-around hot sauce.
I have always loved banana peppers on pizza and salads, and for them to put it in a hot sauce is pure genius. It’s probably one of the most versatile condiments in the house. We love this stuff on tacos and burritos, and I use it as a marinade on chicken before grilling. This sauce is so good. Best of all, zero fat, zero cholesterol, low-carbs, and low-sugar! Keep it coming!!!

This will be the next brunch condiment
This is actually really good. I was NOT looking for a banana pepper condiment (bc I didn’t know one existed), but do love banana peppers and condiments (and there’s only so far you can go with sriracha).Main pro of this - it’s in sauce form. Chewing banana peppers is weird. Finding time to remember to put banana peppers on the foods you would want them on is tough, same to plucking them out of a jar. With a sauce, it’s ready to go.And - few ingredients = healthy.Would be great on salads, as a marinade, dipping sauce for grilled food, on any sandwich, pulled pork nachos, wings - pretty much anything.A LOT of flavor going on here with no greasiness or fake flavor. I can see this becoming a thing in restaurants. Love it.
