Annabelle Wooden Dollhouse with Elevator, Balcony and 17 Accessories, Gift for Ages 3+

We ordered this dollhouse for our 3 year old daughter because the Kidkraft Savannah dollhouse was out of stock everywhere. We chose Kidkraft because of many other customer reviews that raved about their customer service. We were looking for a Barbie style dollhouse but wanted one that was much better quality than the Barbie brand plastic dollhouse. At the time we ordered this dollhouse, it had no reviews but Amazon has a great return policy so we ordered it. It arrived in perfect condition and the assembly directions could have been better, but it wasn't difficult to assemble.....took less than 2 hours to put together. The dollhouse is very tall and is of great quality. Sure, it's not solid wood everywhere, but this is a child's toy dollhouse and most out there are not solid wood. The colors are pefect for a little girl that adores pinks and purples and this house comes with 17 pieces of solid wood furniture, which is more furniture than the more expensive Savannah dollhouse. The furniture is adorable and the elevator works great too! There are no stickers to put on it and the walls have beautiful, fun pictures painted on them. The dollhouse weighs over 40 lbs and is made of MDF. The floors are made of MDF that's approx half an inch thick, so it's solid for play but obviously it won't hold up against standing on it, or other really rough play. This was a HUGE hit this Christmas morning and it fits all of my daughter's Barbie's perfectly! She absolutely loves it and I would recommend this for anyone wanting a great quality, yet reasonably priced, dollhouse. There are plenty of windows and room for many Barbie's to comfortably play in there. It comes w/wall mount support brackets in case you want to put it on carpet and need to ensure it won't tip over. Once again, it is a great looking dollhouse, wonderful quality and my daughter absolutely adores it!!!

My girls 6 & 3 recieved this dollhouse for Christmas and have played with it everyday since, for hours each day! Unlike many dollhouses out there this one comes ready for play out of the box, complete with furniture, even a rug and blanket! I can't speak much of the assembly process as my mom did that but she said it wasn't too bad and the dirctions were clear. Each room in the house is really cute, the walls look like a real house and make it realistic. The furniture is solid wood and VERY durable and super cute! Our girls love every piece that came with it, it has just enough for each room without making them seem too crowded. Our girls also love he elevator that goes from the first to second floor. Maybe best of all, Barbies fit in this house. Our girls have many pricess barbies and love playing with them in the house. This house is really tall and big too, by far big enough for two children to play with at once. While we have only had it two weeks it does seem very sturdy and durable, especially since it is made of wood. If you are looking at this and comparing it to other dollhouses the bottom line is this, out of the box you are ready for hours of fun with this one. We also looked at the Fisher Price Loving Family one, granted it is almost half the price but it is much smaller and comes with NO FURNITURE so you'd spend another $75 - $125 to but the pricey furniture. This is a best buy in my opinion!

My daughter has wanted a Barbie house for a long time, but I could not bring myself to pay the crazy high price for the namebrand Barbie house. I came across this when I was shopping for Christmas and the price was right so I ordered it. I was not expecting much, but I have to say, I was very pleasantly surprised when I put it together. There are about 3 million pieces in the box, and the assembly seems a little intimidating at first, but the instructions are clear and easy to follow. I think it took me 45 minutes to an hour to get it completely assembled. Not only is the house itself well made and far sturdier than I ever would have expected, but it comes with several pieces of large, wooden furniture to use in the house. My daughter absolutely loves it and I am EXTREMELY happy and surprised at how nice it is... especially for the price.

The doll house overall is good. I wouldn’t buy it again though. It’s tall which is good for my daughter. The pieces are cute. Bought this one because it had an elevator, it doesn’t work. The elevator was stuck from the minute I built it and is unable to move up or down. Some of the screws weren’t long enough for the piece it was supposed to secure. My daughter likes it enough but I’m a bit disappointed.

My daughter wanted an LOL doll house for Christmas, but I just could not justify spending the outrageous amount of money for something so small and one demonsional (meaning she can only use it to play with her LOLs and thats it). I decided to try and look for a Barbie house, and came across this one on sale for $99. It is taller than my six-year-old daughter, but not too enormous, it fits just fine in her room. It's adorable and she can use it to play with ALL of her dolls, also she loves it! As far as assembly goes, you do want to give yourself a good amount of good time because the instructions aren't super clear. We took the gamble and decided to put it together Christmas Eve while my daughter was asleep, so she could wake up to the dollhouse fully assembled on Christmas morning. It took us about two to three hours, including some breaks and some alcohic beverages. So it can be done if you want to wait until Christmas eve to put it together. I had no idea where to hide it until Christmas so we kind of had to do it that way. I think my biggest complaint, like I said above was the instructions. There were a bunch of different colored little screws and in the beginning we weren't paying attention to where they are supposed to go and realized later on that they are color coordinated, so we have some pink screws on white and vice versa. Not a huge deal but if you are ocd like my hubs, definitely pay attention to that. All in all we are sooooo happy with this purchase.

My mom and I bought this for my little sister for Christmas. She was 4 years old and will be 6 this year, and she absolutely loves this still. The materials could certainly be a little bit more durable. She is really the only child that's played with this, and it has held up wonderfully, but I would say that if you have two or three children (or even more) that regularly play with this, it might not hold up as well to that much abuse. The overall quality is pretty good, though, but it was not a fun adventure to put together, mostly because of the sheer size and number of items. The actual process itself was fairly easy and smooth, it just took forever and was overwhelming. It has also stood up well against her two cats that like to think of it as their personal doll house when it's not in use. The only complaint I have is the chandelier on the third floor. It stays in place with a small Velcro circle, but the adhesive didn't stand up to it getting pulled off multiple times. The Velcro is a great idea to prevent permanent damage from getting pulled off, but the adhesive could have been stronger. Overall, this is a great value. The price is reasonable, and the quality you get matches the price you're paying. It holds up well to daily use and abuse and my sister absolutely loves it, so it was well worth every penny.

I purchased this dollhouse for a Christmas present for my five year old great niece. I put it together in less than six hours. The instructions made perfect sense except for the elevator, which took me two tries to get it correct. No missing pieces, it looks better than the picture. Very sturdy, very pretty she adores this one. Which this is her third dollhouse. She started with the "My First Dollhouse" by Fisher Price. She played with it until she literally out grew that one. I picked her up a used one believe it or not at a Flea Market for ten dollars plastic fold up with an elevator. It got a severe crack when her baby brother seat on the balcony. Now this dollhouse by far is the best for the price deal. The dollhouse is taller than she is it has an elevator and staircase, she plays all kinds of games with her dolls. The look on her face when she opened it and then even more after assembly was worth anything. Only short coming of this house is some of the furniture was not glued together good. A keeper, a recommend to anyone, and the best please type present for a child who loves dollhouses.

I do not recommend buying this dollhouse. I honestly regret not going with a different brand — maybe a less popular one, with fewer reviews, but better quality. At least I feel I wouldn’t have lost anything. The build quality is just okay, but overall it feels like cheap mass production. The back walls were warped and didn’t fit into the slots properly. My husband and I had to assemble it together, and I was literally holding the panels in place so he could get the screws into the holes. The elevator doesn’t work. It takes the strength of an adult to even try to move it. Some parts already had glue residue on them and were torn off, which makes me question if I actually received a new item. On top of that, the sink piece was missing. I honestly wanted to return it, even with all the heavy packaging and foam, but it was a birthday gift for my daughter. When she overheard our complaints, she begged us to keep it, so we did. Unfortunately, there was no joy in this purchase at all.

This doll house was delivered today and it took me about 1.5 hours to put it together alone. I'm quite good with my hands so if my kids weren't trying to mess with the pieces and left me to it, I would have been able to finish it within an hour for sure. 1 person can definitely fix this with no help. That said, my kids love this doll house. It is a good size coz both my kids (6 & 3) can stand side by side and play together. My 6 year old kept saying "Amazing!!" and "Yay!!!". They played together and separately too. It's a very sturdy doll house and looks great with quite a few pieces of furniture + accessories. My kids have put their barbies, other little dolls and pieces from other sets + Mickey and Minnie mouse in this. I hope this doll house will help keep them busy and save me during these 2 weeks of Easter school holidays. LOL!! Explains why I made that next day delivery :))

La casa de muñecas perfecta! Fácil de montar ya que sus instrucciones son precisas y fáciles de entender, aunque tardas un buen rato... Acabados geniales, la recomie do sin duda alguna!

Dies ist das diesjährige Weihnachtsgeschenk für unsere Tochter (4 1/2 Jahre). Mein Mann, sehr handwerklich geschickt, hat gestern knapp 2 Stunden für den Aufbau gebraucht und immer mal wieder geflucht (Schrauben etwas kurz, Papier löst sich an manchen Stellen von der Spanplatte). Naja....Er hat es erstmal zusammengeschraubt. Mal sehen, wie lange es hält und sich beim Spielen bewährt. Die Aufbauanleitung war jedenfalls gut, sagt er. Ich sage, WUNDERSCHÖN sieht es aus das Puppenhaus, genauso wie auf dem Produktbild.Ich bin fest davon überzeugt, dass es unserer Tochter gefällt, denn sie wünscht sich sehnlichst ein Barbiehaus. Das Haus ist sehr groß (88cm x 40cm x 120 cm) und damit auch etwas Höher als unsere Tochter groß ist. Die Möbel sind nicht komplett aus Holz. Der Kronleuchter ist aus Plastik, ebenso die Toilette und die Badewanne teilweise. Die Treppe ist auch aus Kunststoff. Der Fahrstuhl könnte für meinen Geschmack leichter gleiten. Mal sehen wie unsere Tochter damit zurecht kommt, vielleicht wird es duch bespielen besser oder wir müssen da noch irgendwie nachhelfen. Positiv ist mir auch noch aufgefallen, dass die Schrauben z.B. im Dach rosa lackiert sind, so fallen sie gar nicht groß auf. Ich denke an Weihnachten wird unsere Tochter völlig aus dem Häuschen sein und im Kreis tanzen, wenn der Weihnachtsmann das Haus in Ihrem Zimmer abstellt und sie gleich los spielen kann (daher auch der Zusammenbau vom Haus schon gestern).

Muy buen tamaño y calidad, acorde para el precio que maneja. El envío como siempre de Amazon puntual y en orden. Deben de tomar en cuenta el tiempo de armado pues parece sencillo pero es algo tedioso, yo tarde cerca de 3 horas para armarla completamente, El material es de mdf de 1/4" y de 1/8", en lo personal me hubiera gustado que fuera por lo menos de 1/2". Mientras la armas parece muy frágil, yo decidí aplicar pegamento blanco para reforzar las uniones de todas las piezas y al final tmb apliqué silicón caliente para fijar las paredes delgadas (no se nota nada como podrán ver). Otra cosa q me gustaría como mejora es que en la instructivo vinieran separados los colores de los tornillos, ya que hay muchos con la misma letra pero diferentes colores (podrían decir por ejemplo D rosa o D blanco) solo como comentario, ya que además de romperte la cabeza buscando las piezas, tienes que calcular en que lugar va cada color de tornillo Mis niñas quedaron encantadas con la casita.
