51 and still love this movie. Brilliant.
Classic Hellboy, can't beat Ron Pearlman. Best Hellboy by far, even though the 2nd to last newest wasnt bad. With Milla Jovovick starring. But yeah love this movie, has its humor "you ki!!ed my father, your ass is mine" laughing writing it. But yeah good fun for all the family. Bit of a love story in there too. Top movies with brilliant special effects. Never too old for this bad boy..

SteelBook Review: Very Good
SteelBook of HellBoy 2: The Golden Army has a great look to it with a nice texture feel. I like this landscape style of Steelbook. The movie I watched a while back on a previously purchased Blu-ray, that I enjoyed very much, I don't remember too many details. I am rating the SteelBook thou, and I would recomend adding to your SteelBook collection.

Hellboy 2 4K
I'm reviewing the 4K version.I'll cut to the point. It looks amazing. Especially the HDR. The colours look incredible.Del Toro's Pans Labyrinth set design and colour tone was clearly carried over to Hellboy 2 and it shows. Abe and Hellboy in particular with the HDR really pop. Beautiful skin tones jump out as does the clothing.It basically looks as good as any modern movie I've seen in the 4K/HDR format.

Der 2. Teil ist fast so gut wie der Erste. Es macht Spaß ihn zu sehen.

Hier gibts was aufs Auge....
...bzw. fürs Auge. Im zweiten Hellboy-Kracher sind altbekannte und genauso liebenswerte Charaktere wie im ersten Teil anzutreffen. Aber auch neue, super interressante und ganz schön quer interpretierte Figuren typisch alá Guillermo del Toro erscheinen(ich sage nur Zahnfee, schon mal gesehen, auch schon oft gehört, ABER noch nie SOOOOO). Bezaubernde Szenen (zum still in sich hinein Grinsen), spritziger Witz, Action (sag ja, was aufs Auge und die Ohren), Fantasy, etwas Liebe - einfach gute MischungFischstäbchen (trumpft hier ein bißl mehr auf als im ersten Teil), der Große rote Affe und Sparky haben nichts von ihrem Charme verloren und die neuen Figuren (damit meine ich auch die am Rande!) schleppen ein fettes nettes Sahnehäubchen an, um hier einen sehr schmackhaften Leckerbissen zu präsentieren.Die Single DVD wartet auch mit ein paar besonderen Snacks auf: Besonders die Besuche am Set und das Notizbuch sind ein paar Blicke wert - da es mir hauptsächlich bei diesem Kauf um den Film ging - nette BeilagenAls ich kaufte Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!!!!Einziger Kritikpunkt: zu kurz! Lieber Guillermo ich bedanke mich recht herzlich für diesen wunderbaren Film! Bitte das nächste mal mehr, danke!Fazit: wer Fantasy, Action uws. mag sofort kaufen und sich freuen. Der Rest: lasset ab vom Schubladendenken,seid ein bißchen aufgeschlossener und lasset euch eines besseren Belehren (ansonsten kauft euch halt den Vorleser)
