Tried a few different creatine powders at this point and feel this is absolutely the best bang for your buck here's why:- Uses Creapure, special pure creatine monohydrate made in Germany, the only creatine sources guaranteed by multiple certifications and laboratories to be pure creatine. So you don't need to worry about random heavy metals or whatever else contaminating.- Price, out of all the Creapure products this is by far the cheapest coming out roughly to 30 cents a serving with the subscribe and save. Even better considering that most of the other Creapure items are also unflavored.- The taste, adds a little sweet/softly sour berry taste to water or a hint of berry to a protein drink, no nasty creatiny after taste. But honestly the best way to eat this is dry scoop it with a little water in your mouth and it's essentially a delicious sour gummy.- Size for serving and the container. Small scoop, small serving.- Hair. This one I would take a little less seriously given it could have been placebo, but I felt with other creatine powders I was experiencing hairloss, and with this one I haven't at all.Seriously my favorite.

Im not very consistent with it to see a difference but I can tell you it dissolves pretty well, and tastes good!

Ill start off by saying that the product will be good regardless because they source the creatine from Creapure so it's great in that regard, but it's flavored and that's what I'll be critical about.From my usage of this, I wouldn't say it's a glacier cherry whatever that would taste like, but it reminded me more of a lychee flavor which I thought was splendid and I was expecting more of an artificial flavor which I can certainly say it's not.The serving suggestion is one scoop in 8oz of water which is definitely what it should be, but adding more scoops into more water changes the flavor so I'd say stick to just one scoop in 8oz. It's a really subtle but prominent flavor and it shines with just the recommended serving. I like the flavor standalone so I dry scoop and drink some water to I get the full experience. Be careful with dry scooping as you are putting straight acid (citric acid) in your mouth so you'll get a raw feeling on your tongue. I find it great mixed in with other workout drinks as it adds more depth to them.It's creatine so it works as a 10% buff to your entire body. I've already gotten some noticeable definition to my muscles and good performance working out.TL;DRThis tastes like lychee, and if you want flavored creatine, this is great.

Mixes well. I've had really good reults. I'm 54 years old and it's put muscle mass on me. This is the purest form I can find.

I really notice a difference when I take a quality creatine supplement. If I take a bad one, I still feel exhausted and my muscles hurt the next day after a tough workout. When I take a quality one, my body feels great the next day. This one is no exception! 7 pills is a LOT for me to swallow so I empty each capsule into my protein shake and drink that, instead. It doesn't taste bad at all. Very easy to drink. Overall, this is a quality creatine supplement that I can recommend.

Been using it for a month now. At first I was putting it in my coffee in the morning but it does have a fruity taste. Didn’t like the way my coffee tasted lol . It dissolves nicely no grainy granules. I have been working out 2- 3 times a week, I feel like I have better recovery time now. Great price point so I can continue using it long term!

I recently decided to get back into shape and found that muscle recovery was brutal. Luckily, this container of creatine showed up on my feed and after some research, I decided to give it a shot.I did notice that my muscles were recovering faster post workout than when I wasn't taking creatine at all, and way faster than with pills. I suppose pills do offer an alternative if you don't like mixing creatine powder in with your drinks; however, if you are sensitive to swallowing pills, they might not be for you. I don't have an issue with this, but not everyone is the same. Having said that, the powder is very easy to take and goes down well without any after taste, and is my preference! Highly recommended!
