I bought this for my bearded dragons and they absolutely love it! It fits perfectly in one end of a 40 gallon tank so they have a dark space to sleep if they choose. It's very easy to clean any mess. It is a slippery surface for my beardies to walk on so I put a small piece of reptile carpet on top of it. All in all it's a great purchase. It works great for my babies. Would definitely recommend to reptile owners

Bought this because I'd moved and when I took my 5 year old male banana ball python with me, cleaned and kept everything the same (furnishings/bedding/humidity gauge), mold started to grow on the side of the cave hide I'd had for years. I freaked out and got rid of the bedding and old hide. I wanted something easy to clean without extra crevices, sadly forgoing the natural aesthetic. This works for that purpose. I got the XL and it fits perfect with a few inches extra room. However, since its so light-weight, my snake is constantly moving it all over the enclosure and I'm not quite sure what I want to do to stabilize it (without adding more things that can possibly grow mold again). This product is definitely over-priced for just a piece of plastic, but I couldn't find any better options in my search. I'd probably repurchase what I had before if this hide box broke for whatever reason or if I got sick of it.

I use these in my snake racks for my ball pythons. Good to use for a humid hide when they are shedding and gives them a dark secure space.

My snake was having a hard time completing his sheds because it wasn’t humid enough but this little box helps hold in moisture and he loves it! Great value! For reference I have a ball python.

Got this for my ball python and she loves it. She looked it over for a minute then went inside no problem. Looked nice and clean out the package, no smell and no defects just a simple hide. Some people complained about the size but the sizes are listed in the description of each choice, seems like the pictures will trick you on size difference.
