My wife and I have been using Sleep Right Melatonin for more than two years. We tried two other products from Costco. With one we felt a bit spacey and odd in the morning and did not have a restful sleep. I have upper respiratory resistance syndrome and must expand my nostrils in order to get proper air when I sleep. I’ve used adhesive strips for over 5 years. I deleloped a permanent red mark on the side of my nose from the adhesive and searched for an alternative. I found these, they were highly rated, and I gave them a try. It took a few days to to adjust to having something in my nose but after several days, I no longer feel them. They are very effective and it’s wonderful not to have to place an adhesive strip on my nose. I was pleasantly surprised at these anti snoring nose inserts. They are actually not uncomfortable. They are very soft. When I first put them in you're aware of them but within a couple of minutes you don't even realize they are in your nose. I used a snoring app to test them. There was no snoring at all. So heres the story of how this goofy little rubber thing changed my life. My husband has been a terrible chronic snorer for a long time. Having tried many different products for my snoring I have to say, although it hasn't resolved the problem, I am getting a better quality of sleep. As I have a deviated septum, the plugs enable me to breath easily through the nose. Whilst, I am sleeping on my side, it appears that my snoring is contained but if I lie on my back then my snoring is still an issue. However, since using the plugs I feel more refreshed in the morning and have not dozed off during the day.

I was pretty skeptical of these because most of the reviews are from customers that received it free, however, I have to say that these are great! I've been considering them for months and finally just bought Snoring Solution. They helped me so much! My nose gets plugged at night and I snore terribly. These have opening them up and I can instantly breathe so much better. My husband doesn't wake me up and kick me to stop, so it's a win!

I would wear these even if I didn't have a problem with snoring, because these little vents make it so easy to breathe. I'm glad they're soft and not rigid, they feel fine inside my nose. Most of my snoring problem is taken care of by this product, unless I'm sleeping in an awkward position and snoring from the back of my throat.
