Motor Armature Bearing Set, for Craftsman 137.XXXXXX Series Motorized Table Saws with RM870 RM871 & RM872 Motors

The bearing came as scheduled, it was as pictured, and it fit perfectly. It works great.

The ball bearings are a perfect match/replacement for the two different size ball bearings on a RM871 electric motor in a 137.XXX craftsman 10in table saw.

This bearing pack worked perfectly to replace the shot motor bearings on my saw. It eliminated the screeching sound that the saw had when starting up and shutting down the saw. Be prepared to suffer getting your bearings off. There's no easy way and most bearing pullers don't have the slim clearance needed to get behind and pull the old bearings off. But, once off, these slid on with a few taps of a hammer. I'm a light user and hope these will last a few more years til I replace the saw completely.

The most difficult part was removing the motor from my Craftsman table saw. Once I had it off it was fairly easy to take the armature our of the motor casing. I used a simple cheap bearing puller that I had previously purchased from an auto supply store. Both bearings came off the shaft fairly easy and the new bearings went back on easily. My table saw is running great like it used to. Good bearing replacements!

Easy to install , a little harder to remove the old bearing but will recommend and will buy again in the future.
