Thought it a good but only once used it once as my poor dog went to sleep

Easy to assemble, reasonably priced and I do like raised dishes for smaller dogs as well as the larger dogs. I would buy this again and would gift it too.

This item is exactly what I needed and wanted; it fit the bill perfectly. The bowls are a decent size for a medium-size dog, which is important (I initially bought another feeder, which had bowls that were tiny!).Assembly took less than five minutes! It is just eight screws then screw covers to stick on. That's it. Although the thing looks quite substantial, it's really not. I would worry if it was dropped or fallen on. It would crumple like tissue paper, I'm sure. However, aesthetically it looks pretty good. Other purchasers have expressed issues with mould around the bowls: I intend to paint mine to obviate this problem.Definitely a solid four out of five for the product.. but a rock-solid 5/5 for the seller and their service. I bought this product for my elderly cocker/springer cross. He was finding it difficult to eat from bowl on floor abd making a mess. He is now able to eat and drink at lot better with no mess.The product is sturdy enough and the bowls are great for small to medium size dogs food. Looks good when assembled,which is easy.Great product for price :)

The stand is a great idea but the wood seems to be entirely untreated and water very, very easily becomes trapped under the rim of the bowl and causes mould to grow. It began to appear very soon after I started using this so I treated the wood several times with food grade mineral oil but this hasn't protected it sufficiently. The attached picture is after using the stand for about 3 weeks, cleaning and drying under the bowls at least once each day.It might be fine if you have a small dog who doesn't drink much but my dog is enormous (about the size of a v big Labrador) and he splashes water everywhere (hence the newspaper under the stand). Even a dog who does drink more delicately is likely to splash water on it somewhat and it will begin to grow mould. I've had the stand for a couple of months now and the mould has grown even worse so I've had to sand it down so I can test out yacht varnish to protect it.The stand comes flatpack and is easy enough to assemble, there is even a screw driver provided however, bizarrely, the screw driver is such incredibly poor quality that the handle fell off and the metal tip was so soft that the screws completely mangled it before I could finish putting the stand together so I had to chuck it in the recycling and go and get my own toolbox out. Your own screw driver is a necessity for this.

Have had one of these before so ordered another. This second item was defective aesthestically. Made a complaint and the company offered to send a replacement which they then advised they couldn't do as they didn't have another of this size. They then told me they would refund the item in total. Fast , efficient and good customer service. As someone else mentioned, water drops on the bamboo can cause mould to grow around the bowls. I also have now treated the surface area with yacht varnish in the hope this will protect it for longer.

Arrived quickly. Good quality product. It comes with screws and a mini screwdriver but you will need your own longer handled screwdriver as the one supplied dug into my hand. No problem though, very happy with the product and happy to recommend. I bought the medium size and I have a cockerpoo.

Easy to assemble, nice and sturdy, and raised the height just enough for my smallish dog. I am also thinking it was good value for the money.
