My granddaughter loved this book.

I like the illustrations, and it was easy to read to my six-year-old.

I liked I could add this to a doll that matched the story.

I love these.

I love the little classics books, but some of the stories miss the mark on being “little kid friendly”. Of course I know fairy tales are not all “friendly “ stories, but there are ways to leave certain aspects out or reframe it just a bit. This one definitely went into the wolf eating grandma and riding hood then the woodcutter cutting them out of the wolf’s stomach. That was too much for my 3 year old daughter. Just read first and see how you think your kid will do.

Little Red Riding Hood still has the power to scare toddlers. It's a brightly colored book with a good story.
