Would highly recommend.

Although cheaper brands of buckwheat flour are available, I consider this to be superior in flavour. Being gluten free and organic is a big bonus. Great to cook with and has a lovely flavour.

Healthy alternative to white flour — yet works the same

I got it more for the whole grain buckwheat health benefit than gluten free property but that bonus should be noted. Best is that it cooks just like ordinary white flour with no grainyness. I can return to baking without worrying about the harm of sugar rush carb type bread or muffins
