Louder than expected but still a great buy! The remote it came with did not work; I contacted the manufacturer and they sent a replacement at no charge within a few days. Very responsive customer service.

Very loud, the first one came broken, replacement was broke as well. Very expensive for the quality of it.

Mine came used for it had water spots on the inside. It is quiet for it only has one area where the bubbles come out as opposed to two The problem the whole top does not come off it would be impossible to clean. There’s only a tiny opening, a rubber piece included to cover. As a result of the small opening it would be very hard unless you are strong to pour the water out, as opposed to siphoning as a result again of tiny opening. The tube itself is quite sturdy. Did not utilize the balls that came with it for again with the tiny opening not sure how you would get them out if you needed to, could not reach your hand in there. Also the base is gray plastic, the bottom is made of clear plastic not metal or chrome.

UPDATE: After the review I was shipped a new one for the defective one at no charge. So A+ for customer service! The children love watching it so I am hoping that this one lasts much longer!!! I have had mine 7 weeks and the motor has stopped working completely! I bought March 9,2019 Hooked it up April 1, 2019. It arrived with a crack in the top but I didn’t want to send back because I liked it. Now I wish I had sent back. I bought the large one that was expensive!

I bought this for my son who needs sensory things to help him sleep. This bubble tube is great! It does vibrate his night stand but to him, he likes the noise. I’m glad I bought it. Price is right for the bubble tube. So far, so good. Update ** the pump on the bubble tube broke already! I had it plugged in and working for only 4 days!!!! 7/31-got a replacement in 2 days no questions asked. Great customer service and my son is happy again! Let’s hope it lasts longer than 4 days

Not sure why so many people have had bad luck but my product seems to working perfectly fine and honestly looks cooler then the pictures the publishers had.

This item is very cool but the motor is very loud. It’s advertised as a gentle hum but the vibration can be heard several rooms away. Also the batteries for the remote were dead on arrival.

The bubble tube was a present. It was received with excitement by the recipient. He tells me he is enjoying the ease with which he put it together and is enjoying the movement and colors.

This item claims to be suitable for a sensory room but the pump is so loud that it is unbearable for anyone with sensory overload / issues. I bought two of these and was so hopeful they would be just perfect. I only set one up and that was already too loud - the thought of two of these running at the same time, to get the effect I was going for, would have made them unusable. Please do not state these items are suitable for sensory environments unless they have silent pumps. Also the bubbles only work in a small area of the tube - at the back - very disappointing all round.

Works well until you try and do different things with the remote control. Doesn’t increase speed, or the light. Different colour buttons work though

Ordered first, was in good condition. Motor and LED’s stopped working and continued switching on and off by itself. Contacted Playlearn and was sent a replacement. The replacement came and was cracked through the length of the tube. Contacted Playlearn and after a massive struggle they sent a third. Replacement came and was broken. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with this product and will NOT be buying from Playlearn again!

Terrible. When turned on the coloured balls just go round in one part of the tank, they don’t circulate through the whole of it. Also, when filled with water it seems really unstable; we’ve bought a sheet of plastic to make a larger base so that it doesn’t topple over and flood the room. This product is very badly designed.

Liked it, but it broke just after a month, the base is week and it broke and wrecked my floor ! Amazon wouldn't replace nor give my money back! Advisor really didn't even want to give me a solution! So avoid
