This closer worked great on my rather heavy gate. I like the fact that it is easily adjustable. I chose the brown color as it disappears on my brown steel posts.

The product looks to me to be of good quality.I had no problem installing. Screws and threads did not strip. The plastic slide guide did not break and all went great.Works as advertised. I do hear a spring noise as I open the door which tightens the spring. It however does not bother me in the area I have it installed.

Functions well, easy to adjust. Started squeaking on the plastic slide, tried to lubricate it to now good.

Worked great for about a week or two then the springs seemed to have lost their tension and the doors don’t close. Even tried to grease the door hinges and lock.

You need to buy spare scrolls because 2 got broken.
