10/10Currently using this product to satisfy hunger cravings between meals without compromising carb intake. I have to say the taste is unbelievable. Unlike other protein bars/cookies out there, it is not a chore eating the whole thing. If anything, you get to the last bit and are tempted to open another!You can freeze them and eat them like an ice-pop when you get back from work, which is my favourite. Or just add it to one of your smoothies. With summer on the horizon, its the perfect post-gym garden snack.Do yourself a favour and try some, couldn't recommend enough. Good work APE.

I'm an avid connoisseur of clean healthy snack bars and since discovering more ancestral eating it really narrowed my perimeters. There really is nothing close to Keto Fuel in terms of quality natural ingredients, taste and satisfaction. As a post meal dessert or snack on the mountains I'm so grateful APE nutrition exists.Make sure you try it straight from the freezer! wont eat it any other way after..

Purchased these as a nutritious snack, especially for after training. Keeps energy levels up and contains lots of good stuff. Read other reviews and was surprised how everyone commented on the delicious flavour (I was dubious). Those reviews are right! Was blown away by how good they taste, more like an indulgent treat, so no compromise on flavour. A real pleasure to eat.

I bought a pack of these a little while ago.I'm a type 1 Diabetic by the way. Anyhow. After consuming one of the bars I found my blood sugar ramping up.I use a CGM device to check my sugar levels & it was not good. Perhaps I'm a little more sensitive to sugar than others. However, I've eaten other keto bars that have not spiked my sugar levels as these have.Not keto.........

As I said above, these are by far the best keto product I have found. They are truly excellent and utterly delicious. Gets me through until lunch. However, at £3.50 a serving they are expensive. £105 for a months supply is excessive.

I've had tried hundreds of Protein and Keto supplements over the last 10 years. This beats them all. Unbelievable taste, not too sweet - just wholesome. You can really appreciate the quality of the overall ingredients stacked up against any other bar which always taste so much more synthetic. Now a staple part of my weekly diet. As most of my friends, family and insta followers know I've been looking for something to fill my snack time that fits with my keto programme. These are unbelievably good compared to the competitive products on the market, the taste is legit top drawer. Game changing!!!! As a person who is constantly on the go, these keto bars are the perfect snack.They have become part of my daily routine. Perfect for anybody who likes to work out, they have an amazingsource of protein & fats .The protein is grass fed whey and all the other ingredients are organic.Super healthy and some delicous. Great source of fuel and energy in one.
