Didn’t last even for three months! The plastic discs fused into the polyester curtain came off one by one

Defective priduct
The shower curtain has a half inch tear below the upper hem. I did not return it since I needed the curtain immediately, but put a tape on the tear. I feel products should be checked thoroughly before delivery.
