Delta Children Interactive Wood Toddler Bed, Disney Mickey Mouse

When we got this toddler bed for our son, he was 13 months old. When he first saw it, got so excited and tried to get in. The patterns and colors are so catchy and are in good quality. It was easy to assemble, yet I left the clock for my husband, cuz it was a bit hard for me to put up. I liked using that clock to keep track of his waking and sleeping time. Also, although it's wooden and sturdy, the edges are soft. Still, when he was that young, I used some cushions around him, cuz he used to move a lot and hit his head. But now that he's 2 years old, he has learned how much room he has in there.

bought this for my son who will be 2 in june. hes a huge fan of mickey mouse clubhouse and toodles. the best feature of this bed is the "toodle clock". The toodle character is meant for you to spin to which chore/activity you have next/completed and can even use a dry erase marker to check it off. was easy to put together and definitely a good size.there are two things that could be a little better though: 1 - this bed sits very low on the ground. the mattress is less then 2 inches off the ground and has 3 or 4 planks that keeps the mattress off the floor. the pro about this is that im able to crawl in the bed with my son and not worry about my weight breaking it (i'm over 200lbs). so if your a family that likes crawling in the bed with your toddler then this is great otherwise making the bed a little higher would be nice.2 - the sides of the bed may be a little difficult for your toddler to climb over. when we first got this our son would trip trying to climb in but has no problems climbing out. would work better with cut out sides so they can climb in and out a little easier.overall great product, has been able to stand rough play with no scratches or dents.

Arrived quickly, in good condition, with all parts. Easy to assemble but the instructions are only diagrams without words. Do yourself a favour and google the demonstration video before you start.

My son absolutely loves this bed from the minute he saw it! He loves looking at all the pictures on it and he likes to look at the picture of Pluto and Mickey on the headboard while he falls asleep.The directions are a little funky but it's not too bad to figure out. The quality of the wood is very good and sturdy. I only had a minor scratch on the one side which cause a bald spot on the graphic but that was just probably due to shipping.The bed has three cross beams and a fabric piece that slides over the cross beams. Essentially the mattress sits on the floor, so I don't see weight being an issue (as far as parents/siblings laying in it with them). At first I thought that it was too low to the ground, but after seeing my son in it, it's the perfect size for him to climb in and out easily without getting hurt.
