We are an apple family and have several MacBooks. The original chargers don't last long. One lasted for just 2 years before it burned out! So come the time to replace I look for cheaper alternatives and so far have not been let down. They last longer and are less than half the price. This time I opted for the NUOO Compatible With Macbook Pro Charger. Looks the same, robust, delivered very quickly and now charging my macbook. I have given 5 stars for value. and durability - durability is based on past experience, obviously I don't know how long the charger will work but hoping it will outlive my relatively old macbook (which is great - just wish the chargers were as long-lived).

I've had the Nuoo Macbook Pro Charger for 2 weeks now and it's been faultless.I have it plugged into my Macbook for majority of the time and no issues to report.The power brick seems to be not as warm as the Offical charger but that could be due to fact that this is a 85w adapter and my Macbook only needs 65w.The mag safe connection is pretty solid and the cable quality is decent. The powerbrick works with your old adapater cable, to extend the overall length. The brick also has butterfly clips, if you want to prop it up on a wall/apparatus.Overall this is a good replacement to your Offical Macbook charger, it has slightly less build quality (materials) but that is to be expected as it's a quarter of the price!Durability of the charger is not tested in this review, as I've only had it for 2 weeks but I feel that the power brick in all of these chargers (including Offical ones) die after a certain amount of time.If Nuoo version gives me a couple of years that gets me 8 years for the price of 1 Offical charger (my last only one gave me a year).

I used this product for the first time with my apple MacBook. It seemed really loose both in the outlet and in the charging port. It would randomly stop charging the laptop, and would need to be repositioned. Overall it took 4 hours to fully charge the computer. I figured maybe it was just having issues where it was the first time in use. Fast forward to the next day when I go to charge the computer again and now the charger doesn't work at all from any outlet. I am very disappointed with the charger and since I have no telephone number I have no way to reach out and look for any sort of compensation.

After finding this charger at a very reasonable price compared to others on here and other sites, i decided to order this charger. This arrived within 2 days of ordering and it was very well packaged arriving all boxed up, the plug itself also had it own rubber cover which you can choose to use or not.This sleek L shape MagSafe connector is better than the original Apple charger in my opinion, I have used it as soon as I opened the box and it does exactly the job it's designed to do.Great product, fast delivery, highly recommended.

I liked the package of the charger - there are films on the sides and a small plastic cap on the magnetic plug.The cable and, most importantly, the thick cover of the cable near the MagSafe plug look quite solid, I hope it will be so for a long time.I had many power chargers for MacBooks and this one feels like the original one but, obviously, costs much less.So, it's a very good device for a very comfortable price.I do hope that the quality of assembly of internal electronic components as good as it's made outside.

Purchased this charger for my girlfriend as her original Apple charger had stopped working.The new charger seems great. It was the cheapest available (as her laptop is already quite old) but feels relatively good quality. It came with a rubberised cover that seems surplus to requirements but each to their own...Overall, a great product for the price. I can't speak to the longevity of it yet but so far so good.

The unit is sold and well constructed. Works perfectly as it advertises. Additional sleeve unit useful for plug cover. Definitely worth the pur hase

Only just received this, working fine so far. The build looks as robust as the offical Apple product so I'm quite optimistic.The proof will come later as we see how well it lasts over time.The official Apple version of this charger has an appalling reputation for durability so this one is perhaps unlikely to do worse and it has the attraction of a far more reasonable price.
