I am vitamin D deficient so I am hoping the product will be effective but who knows
The bottle was well sealed but easy to open, although perhaps a little big for the contents. It arrived very promptly and was well packaged

Easy to swallow and no crappy taste
Great value tablets. I used to use a spray but wasnโt sure if itโs effectiveness. The tablet is easy to slot into my pill box for my tablet regime so I donโt forget to take them. No taste at all, no aftertaste either. Decent size but coated so easier to swallow. Good price and Iโd say I feel a difference. Iโm b12 deficient and use these as part of my cofactors protocol.

Far too much packaging
I hadn't heard of k2; apparently its for thickening blood. I don't understand the benefits of combining it with vit D and that isn't really explained on the product or their web page. The pills are white, round and easy to swallow. They are also advertised as suitable for vegans, which is nice. The branding is lovely but feels a bit over the top. The glass bottle is quite large and it has a metal screw top. The bottom of the bottle was just about covered with pills (60 in this jar). Far too much packaging for what you get.

Quality Brand
I heard about this brand from a friend in Singapore. Itโs a British brand known for quality ingredients. I started using their Omega 3 Herring Caviar and I really felt the difference in reducing inflammation. I bought the Vitamin D plus K2 which Iโve heard is excellent. Notably it arrived very quickly. Very happy with this brand.

I am really disappointed to have to write less than positive review.
It has 400%of daily requirement of vit D even though it stated it should be 200%. Better than other products where vit D can reach 4000% of your daily requirement but I wanted as low as possible amount so not what I wanted to buy. Also such a big bottle, so few tables on the bottom, why so wasteful? Otherwise nice small tables, better than some other products so review reflects my disappointment.
