I would pass on this one.I ordered two and both of them came broken. Amazon has better clocks. Maybe spend just a little bit more and get something that’s going to last.

Q: Is the "T&H-white" frame plastic or metal?

Metal. The two models with temp and humidity meter are with metal frame; while those colored ones are with plastic frame. Hope this helps.

Q: Temperature and Humidity measurements accurate?

I just got one (black faced), and the temperature is fairly close, but the humidity printed on the clock-face is backwards from the action of the hygrometer (e.g. when humidity goes down, it indicates an increase, sometimes in excess of 100%, and when the humidity goes up--it goes down.) There is also about a 70 offset... quite horrible hygrometer accuracy, but from what I expect the hygrometer and thermometer will be inoperable in a few weeks.
