Does not take charge... Pain to return the item!
First impressions were OK, placed my phone on it and after fiddling a bit with the position it showed as taking charge. As the power bank came charged only to 22%, I then tried to charge it, first with the provided adapter and cable, then with another USB charger and cable and even using my laptop - the battery pack would simply NOT take charge from any source. No worries, I thought, return it and buy something else. Geeez... The hoops and loops you have to do through to send this item back! And in the process, I'll be losing money as Amazon will only refund up to a fixed amount and my quote so far exceeds that...Update: almost two weeks later, still struggling to return this item that arrived non-functional! One of the suggested carriers that can accept a battery pack is DHL which, after I booked a pickup from my workplace, for over a week would send me a text message with a 1h time slot for picking up the item... but then every single day failed to be there, be that at the time specified or any other time... I've then asked to cancel this (need to check if I got a refund for this) and tried to book another carrier: their reply? Sending this item would far exceed its value as it would require careful packaging and what not... Holy smoke! 2 weeks later and still struggling to return this item to get a refund! NOT IMPRESSED with Amazon on this! WHY do I have to be the one trying to find a way to return this item? Why can't they pick it up? NOT impressed at all!

Technically works as described, but phrased favorable for seller
I got this battery bank after some searching. I wanted a new battery with the following requirements:- Charge my phone (Samsung Note 8) quickly- wireless charge my phone so I could leave the cord at home sometimes- Charge my laptop with USB-C more than trickle via PDIt was hard to find one that fulfilled all requirements, but this one seemed to fit the bill. Here is the thing: It technically does everything which is described: It does do QC 3.0, it is compatible with Samsung phones. BUT it does not do QC 2.0 (which I thought was downwards compatible). The Samsung Note 8 only does QC 2.0. As a result the Battery charges it with 5V, ~1.7A, not even with 3A as advertised. Therefore the charging time is double (~9W instead of 18W) than I expected. So make sure the Phone you want to charge does have QC 3.0Also PD is only on the Type C output (as neccessary by the PD specification), QC 3.0 is only on the Type A output. So to have both with different devices, you need to carry two cables. Why not implement the QC on Type C as well? Also I don*t understand the claim "Mesh protected". On the pictures it looks like the brains of the Bank is wrapped in a breathable mesh to keep it cooler. It is just a fully closed plastic case with a structure on the lower part, so no wholes for cold air at all. So where exactly is the mesh be? And the only way to turn it off I can find is to plug in the charger for 1s. Otherwise the display stays on for ages. With the remaining features I am satisfied:- It charges wirelessly with up to around 5V, 1A- It seems to have roughly the correct capacity.- It can be charged with PD (PD Output, I will have to check later since C-C cable is still on the way)- It even seems to have PD power passthrough, charging over USB A while being charged over USB C (although since it is not advertised I am not sure I trust it)

Robust big capacity power bank with cool features and accessories
I like the heavyweight of the 20,000mAh internal batteries. It's a reassuring first impression that there are plenty of the 18650 Rechargeable Li-ion Batteries inside. I also like wireless charge which supports 5W output and a LCD display to show the remaining battery life. It's a good tall and thin design which you can grip around with a single hand. The plastic housing is a robust matt-finish hard wearing plastic. One suggested minor improvement area is to have a thin strip of rubber adhesive so the smartphone doesn't slip off the surface during wireless charging. However, this isn't a show stopper. For my purpose, I was looking for a power bank with wireless charging at 5W output, USB type-A and type-C with 18W output (i.e. QC 3.0) and support a fast input charge of 2Amp. This ticks all the boxes.I recommend this as it has a bonus sleeve bag for the power bank, USB type-A to type-C cable and more importantly a UK wall charger plug supporting QC 3.0. The user manual is also well written in English. The reverse side of the manual is pleasantly (and surpringly) in Japanese. Overall, it's a solid product with some great attention to details.

Mesh bag included
Did not expect the mesh bag which came as an additional accessory in the box. I have purchased it because I am going to Europe this week. After few days of testing it performed well and I really count on this battery. I will follow up after the trip.

Expensive and wireless charge doesn’t work
Wireless charging function doesn’t work. Impossible to return to sender without incurring special transportation fee. Comes via prime but you’re left to your own devices for returns.
