My daughter is 10 and she plays competitive tennis. It’s a great book to have and to learn valuable information.

The book covers a lot of subjects relared with tennis match. Very well written, leading to problems and how to fix it or to improve the game. There is a lack of images, or pictures for a fast or better understanding and fix a few topics.

One of the truly required books for any coach or parent. Great info from page 1 till the end. Buy it, the author shares his knowledge and makes reading worth it.

SUPER insight! Got much more help on my mental game than expected.

Im sorry to say it because I assume the writer probably wrote this book with the best intentions but I don't find many good advices or tips that makes the book for me interesting . Graphics with oncourt drills are also missing..
