Pillsbury BEST Multi-Purpose Gluten-Free Flour Blend, 24 Oz

To me, this is the best gluten free flour around. It is hard to find…stores used to carry it and now many don’t. This flour is perfect for all gf baking.

If you are trying to eat gluten free, this is a great all-purpose gluten free flour. I have made waffles, pancakes, biscuits, and crepes using it, and they have turned out well.

I’m not strictly gluten-free, but I try to eat a limited amount of gluten. Pillsbury BEST Multi-Purpose Gluten-Free Flour has been a game-changer for me, especially when it comes to using my bread maker.This flour is perfect for making gluten-free breads. I thought that it was quite a bit for a pound and a half of flour. But I did find it somewhere much cheaper. I like the product but at that price I wouldn’t be able to afford it.

We we’re looking for this product in the grocery store and couldn’t find it. It was great knowing that we could purchase it for the occasion that we needed it from Amazon.

If you are on a gluten free diet this is what you need. It cup for cup and works well with most baking recipes.

I used it to make bread using my bread machine's gluten-free program. It came out tasty and had a nice texture. Would recommend.

I was disappointed in this product. This flour was recommended for use in yeast bread recipes. I found it to be gritty in texture. Pricey for what you get in a two-lb bag. Basically made one batch of cinnamon rolls. Not sure I would purchase again.
