Great Saw Addition
This thing works very well. I am very happy with this purchase. The battery is compatible with my drill, circular saw and weed eater. I've actually used this thing quite a bit more than I thought I would. It's super handy. I think of all the things I've got accomplished that I would not have done if I had to drag out extension cords and all that for my other reciprocating saw. I'm really glad I got this!

Quality brand
Bought for the hubby as a surprise and he is very excited! First project is cutting window openings. Bought extra blades with it but it does come with a little stock one in the box. It’s not crazy loud but it’s a saw, not heavy even I can use it, it’s a medium to large size. It’s craftsman so it’s durable and so far has a decent battery life. Overall good buy.

Took a licking and kept on sawing
I purchased this to help fix a problem with a PVC water line which ran directly under a birch tree. The roots of the tree had crushed the PVC so it was leaking 24 X 7 at an ever increasing rate. Trying to dig through the massive tangle of roots would have been like digging through a 4 X 4 with a soup spoon. So I bought this saw to help me claw my way through, knowing that my plan was to abuse it by sawing through wet dirt, and a hopeless snarl of roots. I thought it might be ruined by the time I got done, but it performed like a champ and is still working fine. I also used it to cut a hundred or so suckers from our pomegranate tree, and a few other, lesser pruning tasks. So far it's done all I've asked of it.

It's good. Don't need a Milwaukee if you're not doing hardcore stuff.
I put on a Diablo blade and it cuts like butter. Lightweight, good battery life.

Worth the money!
Use it almost daily as a pool service repair technician and it's not as fast as a DeWalt oR Milwaukee but it's doing its job at a fraction of the price. Very happy with China Craftsman
