2 different Dispenser have lasted only around 6 months each
I have purchased two of these dispensers in the last year. They work wonderful for 5 or 6 months and then for some reason coffee/water fills the insulating core, which causes coffee inside the dispenser to not keep a high internal temp. I did return and did receive a refund for the 1st one.
